Conveyors
Storage and Sequencing System
- We designed for straight or cross-transfer applications. Straight transfer moves materials along a linear path, whereas cross-transfer moves items at a 90-degree angle across the main flow.
- Suitable for either application: Belt Conveyor, Chain-Driven Live Roller (CDLR) Conveyor, and Roller Conveyor.
- Each system can be configured to handle either linear or cross-flow material movement, depending on the specific needs.

Cabinet Assembly Station
- Ready for direct integration into your processes.
- Designed with a motorized conveyor and lift system that stages, assembles, and transfers heavy cabinet components and tall doors 72”–96”.
- 10”–30” lift range, supporting up to 350 lbs.
Door Assembly Station
- The station features a servo‑driven vertical lift system with a 0” to 30” lift range handling loads of up to 350 lbs Using a flat belt conveyor.
- Accommodates a door height range of 72” to 96”, making it suitable for door, glass and glass frame assembly.
Tilt Station
- Designed to safely tilt doors weighing up to 300 lbs.
- Designed for door sizes up to 96” x 48”.
- System operates on a 480V or 600V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 10A power supply.
